9.8 Gem Mint books are not easy to find and are rarer than 9.2 NM books which is the main reason they sell for more money. Minor bindery flaws and slight imperfections are allowed in the 9.2 NM grade and although we are not a grading company, we try to give our customers the best copies we have available. We cannot guarantee that all of our books will grade 9.2 or higher although some may.
